- Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

⦁ The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
⦁ Digital products or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns. - Non-Returnable Items

⦁ Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). - Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund:

⦁ Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
